Your privacy and security?
No information we collect is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products ordered. Our shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. When placing your order online, your credit card information IS NOT saved or shared with anyone.


Charges, Billings and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

What information is needed for payment? The following information is needed:
Credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code and Billing information

Why do You need my Billing address?
The billing address is where your credit card company sends your statement to. If you enter a different address on the billing section, the credit card company will not authorize the charge. This policy is intended to protect you from unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card.

When am I billed for my order?
The full amount of the order is automatically billed to your credit card at the time your order is placed. You can cancel your order at any time prior to production for a full refund. Once the order is printed and shipped, a full refund minus shipping cost can be issued.

Can you bill me?
No. All orders are pre-paid, unless you are printing for a city, municipality, government agency or you have an account set up with open credit.


Products / Ordering

How long does it take for me to get the proof of my job?
Most proofs are emailed to you with in 24 hours (Monday - Friday) from placing your order.

How long will it take to get my order?
Bags, Labels and Tags typically ship within 7-10 working days from the day you approve your proofs for production. Custom box printing takes 2-3 weeks after approval. 

How can I get my order even faster?
We will always do our best to help you meet your deadline. Once you have placed your order, simply call us and let us know when you must absolutely receive your order. We will do our best to help you meet your deadline. We do all this as a courtesy to any of our clients.


Shipping Services

Depending on the size of your order, TagandLabel.com may choose to ship your order via UPS or by Freight on a pallet. We will always check with you making sure you are able to receive a pallet at your location prior to arranging your shippment.

You may select UPS 2nd or 3rd day service. This does not expedite your production, It simply means that once your order is completed it will be send to you with a faster UPS service. Our online shipping prices are valid within the continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, please order using USPS or call us for the best rates. We have clients all over the world and are happy to provide you with the best combined pricing on any printing project.

Where can I check shipping transit times?
Once your order is shipped a confirmation will be emailed to you with your tracking number.

What is Your Return Policy

TagandLabel wants to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and to our customers satisfaction. TagandLabel accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed due to one of the following reasons:
1- If there is a defect in the material.
2- Quality of the imprint is below a reasonable range of expectations.
3- Design of the final product is different from the final proof accepted by the customer.

Custom Orders that are printed with your company information can not be returned unless any of the above rules apply.

All claims on defective or undelivered products must be made within 30 days of shipment.

Printing Options

Can I order 2-color products?
Yes. Simply email us the file, plus your printing spec's and let us price your printing project for you. You will still receive wholesale pricing on your job.

Can you print products that are different than the standard formats?
Yes. As wholesale printers, we have seen them all. Not all forms are designed or built the same way. We will be happy to price your printing project for you regardless of it's complexity. If we are not able to fulfill your printing needs, we will be happy recommend you to someone who can.

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
Sometimes. Send us your file & let us take a look at it. Generally for bleeding you need to include 1/8" of design on the bleeding edge.

How do I order multiple pieces?
Simply place a separate order for each printed piece.

How well will proof match what I see on my monitor?
Most PDF proofs are simply used to review the content of the form. Different ink colors, shades, gradients do not show exactly on the monitor as they will on the end product.

If I send you a sample of my last job will you match the colors?
As wholesale printers we will do our best to match your new job to the previously printed sample, but WE DO NOT GUARANTY the match. There is no guarantee that the finished product matches the sample provided.

Is there a discount if I re-order my job?
No, All our prices are based on wholesale pricing. We offer you the best price every time.

Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?
Almost always. If for any reason you did not receive the correct quantity. Call us at 1-800-370-5591 and we will be more than happy to see to it that you receive what you ordered.

What if I want to change something on my order after I have approved the proof?
Once a proof is approved we do our best to send all jobs to production so that they are shipped out within 7-10 working days time frame. There for in most cases, once the proof has been approved for production it can not be stopped or changed. Still, we suggest that if such situation accrued, call us. If the job has not Been printed yet, we will be happy to help.

How do I view my proof?
All proofs are sent digitally as PDF files. If for some reason you need to have your proof faxed to you, indicate that when placing your order. If you need to download free PDF reader click here.

Can I send you documents created in MS Word or PowerPoint?
Absolutely! We accept most formats

What other file formats can you take?
We accept Pagemaker, InDesign, CorelDRAW!, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, Excel any file output as a PDF, JPEG or any scanned image.
